We are a leading oil and gas workplace conflict management consulting firm, in business to co-create solutions to people challenges in the workplace. We are in the main devoted to helping organizations reduce workplace conflicts, thereby creating an organizational climate for the attainment of key results, employee commitment and improved productivity. AIML business centers around helping organizations perform optimally, through the acquisition of skills in negotiation, mediation and change management etc.

WHAT WE DO

Research

We have the capacity to drive research at the top most level to reveal what employees feel about the impact of management decisions on their wellbeing and functioning. We are currently preparing to launch longitudinal studies that would lead to the production of Nigerian Employee Satisfaction Index and the Nigerian Industrial Conflict Index. We hope to debut with our fist study by the end of the third quarter next year.

Mediation

The workplace is full of challenging labour-management issues arising from employment contracts. Apart from this, the world has been going through one form of economic recession or another thereby propelling workers to ask for pay rises, while management strives to sustain productivity and remain competitive through cost curtailing measures. These have further compounded the angst in most workplaces. Arbitration and litigation have been used in most cases in resolving labour –management issues but these options leave both parties exhausted with broken relationships. We could help make the difference using mediation and conciliation, which are faster and cost effective.
